Faq's

Minimum Order Quantity: 300 pieces each color each style. As our margins are very small, a surcharge of US$ 150.00 will be imposed to cover export processing and documentations if the order amount is below US$10000.00.

Terms of Payment: By T/T 30% Deposit before production and the Balance against copy of the B/L.
By 100% Confirmed & Irrevocable L/C at sight to reach the Sellers 40 days before the date of shipment.

Delivery Time: Usually 30-45 days after receipt of your deposit or L/C at sight, but sometimes depending on the volume of the orders as to the number of items, quantity of each and availability of customized materials to be used.

Samples: If no orders, usually we need to charge twofold sample cost and sample freight collect. However, please kindly rest assured that we will refund you the sample charges when you place an order and the total order amount is above US$10000.00

Product Design: All samples and/or photos presented by us are the exclusive property of QINGDAO KINGS FACTORY CO., LTD.

Quality Warranty: Kings Factory products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
